CANCELLATION POLICY:

Regional, Certificate Programs, Web-based Courses

Members

If a registrant cannot attend a workshop, they must notify Safeguards' office at least 3 working days prior to the workshop. The $50 administrative fee is not refundable. People canceling after that and /or not attending a workshop will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.00. Substitutions may be made, however registrants must notify Safeguards as early as possible.

Non-Members

Cancellations received up to 3 working days prior to the workshop are refundable, minus a $50.00 administrative fee. Registrants who do not cancel and /or do not attend are responsible for the full fee. Substitutions may be made, however registrants must notify Safeguards as early as possible.

Therapeutic Crisis Intervention

Members and Non-members: For cancellations made 11-30 days in advance, we will make every effort to fill the vacancy with another applicant and refund the registration fee minus $50 service charge. If we cannot find a replacement, we will refund only half of your registration fee. No refunds will be given with less than 10 days notice. Cancellation must be submitted in writing. Substitutions are permitted.
