Our Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation must be submitted to Safeguards in writing.
• Cancellations received up to 7 working days prior to the training are refundable, minus an administrative charge of $50+HST. Alternatively, registrants may request a credit to attend a future training held within the next 6 months. 
• Registrants cancelling after that time and/or not attending a workshop will not receive any refund or credit.
• Participant substitutions may be made without penalty; however, Safeguards must be notified as early as possible.

• Les annulations reçues jusqu’à 3 jours ouvres avant la date de la formation seront remboursées à l’exception des frais de dossier de $50+HST, ou cette somme peut être créditées pour une autre formation dans les 6 prochains mois à l’exception des frais de dossier de $50+HST qui seront à ajouter
• Les annulations reçues après cette période ne seront pas remboursées ou créditées pour autre une formation
• Les modifications peuvent être effectuées sans pénalités dans la mesure où Safeguards est prévenu le plus tôt possible

• Participant substitutions are permitted and must be made 14 days in advance of training.
• No refund will be given with less than 30 days notice.

• Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué à moins de 10 jours du début de la formation

• Participants have 6 months to complete the training. There are no refunds or changes for online training.

SafeGuards Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time. A course may be cancelled or rescheduled due to insufficient enrollment. You will be notified via email of changes/cancellations at least 3 business days prior to the start of the course. If this was the original course you registered for, a full refund will be issued in the event that rescheduling is not an option.
