Indigenous girls, two-spirit and trans women are the most vulnerable population for human sex trafficking, they access mainstream services the least, and present with the most complex trauma and life circumstances. Based on research, learn how this trafficking and exploitation manifests for Indigenous youth, what it constitutes, where it takes place, and what the risk factors are. This training focuses on the voices of those who have been trafficked and the people who attempt to assist them, and offers pathways forward at the grassroots and systemic levels.
